It depends on if you like them softer or snappier. If you went for 15, it'd be more snappy.

... That's such a tough choice. I like soft cookies, but also a snappy gingerbread.

Those are popular. The cinnamon sugar makes them delicious and appealing.

I especially like the sugar bits inside... It adds a good texture.
